Job Title: Head of Inventory and Logistics Strategy

Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced leader to develop, implement, and enforce robust inventory policies, including cycle counting, reconciliation, and loss prevention.

This individual will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of inventory data, item master records, and reporting outputs.

The ideal candidate will drive process improvements in stock management, availability, and demand forecasting to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.

  • Develop and implement effective inventory strategies and processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely inventory reporting.
  • Analyze and improve supply chain efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Leadership Experience: Significant experience in inventory, supply chain, or logistics leadership roles (ideally 5+ years).

Commercial Background: Strong analytical and commercial background with a proven track record of success.

Strategic Thinking: Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing inventory and logistics strategies and processes.

Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with senior leadership.
