Key Selection Criteria:- Effective communication and organisational skills are essential.
- The role requires registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant clinical experience is necessary.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification is required.
- Understanding of rural health issues relating to nursing is crucial.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is preferred (or working towards or a commitment to obtaining within 12 months).
- Postgraduate qualifications in nursing are advantageous.
- Accredited BSL and ALS trainer and assessor status is beneficial.
- Previous experience as a nurse educator is desirable.
