High-Standard Care Nurse

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate nurses to deliver exceptional care for mothers, newborns, and their families in a dynamic Special Care Nursery environment.
As a Special Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating the care delivery needs of each patient, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and delivering personalized support and care.
You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered goals and objectives, while upholding the hospital's care values and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating care delivery needs of patients
- Delivering high-standard support and care for mothers, newborns, and their families
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered outcomes
Requirements:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum two years' experience working within Special Care Nursery
- Recent experience and confidence working within Special Care Nursery
- Knowledge of current legislation and policies relating to nursing practice in the workplace
