Job Title: Enterprise Dynamics Consultant

A skilled Dynamics 365 Enterprise Consultant is needed to lead a cross-functional team in implementing an enterprise care operations platform. This role will involve working closely with vendors, conducting data analysis, and managing project delivery.

This position requires strong technical skills, business analysis capabilities, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into user stories, writing detailed technical specifications, and coordinating sprint testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Conduct data analysis and field-level mapping across legacy systems
  • Draft detailed functional and technical specifications for the vendor delivery team
  • Work with subject matter experts to map processes and validate solution designs
  • Coordinate sprint testing, UAT, and provide support during production

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience as a Dynamics 365 Enterprise Consultant or Business Analyst
  • Strong documentation skills, including user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end digital transformation projects
  • Highly effective communication and stakeholder negotiation skills
  • One or more Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform
