Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional support and guidance on a diverse range of matters, developing and/or administering processes and procedures, and responding to enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative and operational support and advice on a diverse range of matters
  • Developing and/or administering processes and procedures and responding to enquiries
  • Monitoring service delivery to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, directives, policies and standards
  • Facilitating work to meet deadlines and commitments and to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

As a successful candidate, you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience, including having provided a wide variety of administrative and operational support, coordinating tasks to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, advising on administrative tasks and processes, driving process improvements, understanding of compliance within an organization, and delivering on relevant legislation, policy and procedures.
