Human Resources Business Partner Professional

The purpose of this role is to provide broad-ranging human resources services and advice to employees across the organization, as well as partner with business leaders in the coordination and planning of effective HR solutions.
Key Areas of Responsibility:- Support the development and execution of HR strategy
- Manage and escalate HR enquiries from the business as required
- Generalist advisory support and delivery including recruitment, learning & development, reporting, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits
- Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3 years' experience
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, approachable and people-orientated
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
