Key Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned repair and preventative maintenance work orders in a safe, timely, and professional manner
  • Undertake fault finding and troubleshooting of electrical, electronics, instrumentation, and communication equipment
  • Maintain all work areas in a safe and tidy state
  • Fully support front-line problem-solving investigations and initiatives

Requirements

  • Electrical Trade qualification and currently hold electrical A-grade license
  • Understanding of PLC programming and fault finding
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical breakdowns and determining root causes in a heavy industry manufacturing environment
  • Ability to apply sound judgment and manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and computer aptitude
  • Post-trade accreditation (Cert IV) is highly regarded
  • EWP – advantageous
