**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a pristine clubhouse, ensuring it is tidy, clean, and orderly at all times.
  • Reset the space in the mornings and/or afternoons to meet operational needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, building rapport and delivering premium Hub Customer service.
  • Assist the Clubhouse team with events, meeting room management, and administrative tasks.

**Requirements:**

  • Available to work weekdays, no weekend work.
  • 1-2 years of previous reception, administration, or concierge experience.
  • Willingness to learn barista-style coffee preparation (current experience as a barista ideal).
  • Customer service focused, always willing to go above and beyond for members.
