Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and truck drivers, providing professional and courteous service.
- Manage incoming calls, general enquiries, and direct communications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of weighbridge transactions and delivery dockets using computer systems.
- Support stock tracking, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
- Order and manage office supplies and personal protective equipment stock.
- Contribute to operational and safety administration, including inductions and compliance documentation.
- Perform administrative duties as required by the Quarry Manager and team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in reception or administrative support, preferably within a construction or transport environment.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and experience with SAP and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
