About the Role

The Train Assembly Manager will be responsible for overseeing all activities, strategies, and deliverables related to manufacturing at the site.

  • Develop and implement business management plans to ensure compliance and improvement in various areas.
  • Stay updated with company developments and industry-wide practices that impact daily activities.
  • Maintain awareness of applicable regulations and enforce them within the site, prioritizing quality, safety, and environmental concerns.

This role involves coordinating business processes, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain confidentiality and promote a positive image of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive improvement and compliance across the site.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar or related roles.
  • A tertiary qualification relevant to the position, such as a Higher Engineering Diploma or Master's Degree.
  • Experience with office management software, particularly MS Office (Excel and Word).
