Key Responsibilities
  • Manage EAM and telematics systems for fleet maintenance, asset lifecycle management, spare parts inventory, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure timely integration between EAM, telematics platforms, and financial systems for accurate data flow.
  • Analyse telematics data to provide insights into vehicle utilisation, fuel efficiency, driver behaviour, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise system usage and reporting.
Ticketing System Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of fare ticketing systems across multiple services.
  • Work with marketing and commercial teams to design, implement, and update fare products and ticketing rules.
  • Ensure student ticketing systems are maintained in compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues impacting customer experience.
Business Analysis and Improvement
  • Gather business requirements and support configuration/testing activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and leverage automation.
  • Support project delivery for system upgrades, integrations, or new feature rollouts.
