Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Lifting Gear Inspector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the lifting and rigging industry to work on a variety of projects across Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, installing and maintaining new and existing lifting, rigging and height safety equipment ensuring it is safe for use and compliant with Australian Standards on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test lifting gear to ensure it meets Australian standards
  • Repair and maintain lifting gear to ensure optimal performance
  • Install new lifting gear and equipment
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure client equipment is safe and compliant
Requirements:
  • Experience in the lifting and rigging industry
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and work autonomously
  • Problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Confidently work at heights
  • Comfortable with technology and working from a tablet
  • Current Drivers Licence
