Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our mediation team as a dispute resolution specialist.

  • Facilitate meaningful resolutions in complex disputes.
  • Empower fair outcomes that make a real impact in the community.
  • Provide mediation services for customers in community living environments.
  • Collaborate with other mediators and team members to ensure an effective and quality dispute resolution outcome.
  • Provide guidance and training where required for new staff members.
  • Actively participate in community and stakeholder engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have experience conducting mediations, be appropriately trained and accredited by the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) standards.

  • Strong communication skills including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply to diverse audiences.
  • Self-directedness in actively looking for opportunities to develop strengths.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $110,266 - $122,058 plus superannuation. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values diversity and embracing difference.
