About this Role:

Our goal is to provide compassionate home care through building trust and supporting individuals to live as independently as possible at home connected to their community.

Our care is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to our clients including assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
  • Provide general home support and light housekeeping duties, assistance with meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders.
  • Provide incidental transport to appointments, shopping and social outings.
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, empathy for and understanding of the needs of the elderly.
  • Be personable, compassionate, approachable and able to build relationships with each of your clients.
  • Be proficient in using a mobile smartphone.
  • Be reliable, responsive, efficient, confident and proactive.
  • Value and enjoy the company of older people.
