Consumer Value Proposition Lead

This role focuses on creating compelling consumer value propositions and developing customer strategy.
- Drive launch initiatives to ensure we maximise the voice of the customer.
- Develop customer value proposition to drive innovative home solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate and capture insights and opportunities;
- Connect with global teams for guidance and existing frameworks;
- Build and execute the customer value proposition;
- Develop a customer strategy and segmentation plan;
- Identify possible launch partner and channel opportunities;
- Assess market conditions to identify ideal launch timings;
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and timeliness of final deliverables prior to launch;
- Experience in customer strategy/marketing/GTM planning;
- Demonstrated end-to-end launch/execution experience - strategy, development, and execution;
- Demonstrated experience with developing strategic communications objectives;
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing/commerce or equivalent;
- Ability to present to stakeholders in a clearly, concisely, and confidently, both verbally and written;
