">About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a streamlined, local portfolio with numerous multi-owners. You will work alongside a supportive team Monday to Friday, responsible for managing an immaculate portfolio of 120 properties, communicating effectively with landlords and tenants, facilitating lease renewal negotiations, managing rental arrears, issuing notices to tenants, attending tribunal proceedings, conducting inspections, and delivering outstanding customer service.
">About You
">To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years of experience as a Property Manager, a current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License, exceptional organizational and time management skills, a strong team player who enjoys offering support, experience in building and maintaining relationships, and knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010.
