Job Profile Summary:

This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, working independently on most tasks while collaborating with colleagues as needed. The successful candidate will serve as a key contributor to large and complex projects, leveraging their technical expertise to drive results. In addition, they will take on a lead consultant/project manager role for smaller or less complex projects, providing guidance and oversight to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical competence to act as a first point of reference for day-to-day queries and serve as a liaison to related areas.
  • Carry out complex, high-profile activities, including direct interaction with committees and senior management.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, consultative, communication, and judgment skills.
  • May lead projects and/or train lower-level staff.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by maintaining and implementing policies and procedures in the function, building towards becoming an area expert.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of related business experience.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of the firm, industry, and technology.
