About the Role:
  • This is a key position that will collaborate with our Design Director on studio design concepts and vision, driving business growth through innovative and functional interior spaces.
  • You will develop comprehensive interior documentation, including construction drawings, renders, specifications, and schedules, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • As an Interior Designer, you will analyze spatial layouts to enhance functionality and user experience, aligning with our brand values.
  • You will research and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes that meet our design vision, considering factors such as sustainability and budget constraints.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing Council Permit Applications and associated consultants, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You will prepare detailed documentation for tender, budgets, and construction timelines, facilitating smooth project delivery.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact to builders or consultants, you will ensure effective communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Interior Documentation and Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Revit, Autocad, Adobe Suite, and Canva, with a strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and material specifications.
  • An excellent attention to detail, ability to work accurately under tight deadlines, and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • As a strong communicator and team player, you will be flexible to travel regularly and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
