About the Role

As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary care services, including acute illness management and preventive care. You will work closely with patients to empower them to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.

  • Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Refer patients to external services as needed.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing primary care services to a diverse population.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current AHPRA registration.
  • Fellowship with RACGP or equivalent.
  • Experience in primary care and/or sexual health medical services.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of marginalized people and their ability to access services.
