Revenue Investigation Expert

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Investigation Expert to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and processing donations received nationally.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for examining, scrutinizing, and validating transactions on all bank accounts connected to our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine daily bank statements to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Process donations from online sources and electronic files
- Manage direct debit batches and post Blackbaud files to a general ledger
- Assist with investigations into disputed transactions, including fraudulent activity and chargebacks
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
