About the Role

As the Technical Director – Treatment, you will lead the technical governance and direction of multi-billion-dollar water treatment infrastructure projects, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all project phases, from planning to delivery.

You will be responsible for managing a team of engineering professionals and providing expert guidance on water treatment infrastructure, including treatment plants and desalination, while managing technical risks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering innovative solutions for the long-term water security of South East Queensland.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced engineer with expertise across all phases of project delivery, from planning and design through to execution.

You have a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

A solutions-oriented individual, you excel at engaging with government agencies and presenting technical solutions to senior leadership teams to lead and drive project success.
