We were looking for an experienced professional to join our culinary team as a Griller. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for:

  1. Following our unique grilling methods to prepare high-quality food products.
  2. Ensuring the completion of all food preparation, setup, and pack down of the kitchen area.
  3. Coordinating and maintaining the quality of food and presentation of all meals prepared in-house.
  4. Conducting regular kitchen quality control measures including stock management, daily checklists, and cleaning rosters.
  5. Managing the preparation list and optimizing kitchen workflows.
  6. Complying with health and safety procedures when carrying out all tasks and duties.

This role required some experience in a similar position, preferably as a Line Cook. We offered a supportive environment and positive culture that supported employee training and development opportunities.
