Job Overview

The Consultant Radiologist role involves delivering high-quality imaging and interventional services to patients and referrers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and efficient imaging services, working as part of a team.
  • Contribute to clinical governance and service delivery in a dynamic department with a focus on excellence.
  • Develop broad general radiology skills and expertise in Women's Imaging, including competency in O&G imaging, with completion of an appropriate fellowship.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Primary medical qualification registrable with a relevant authority.
  • Registration as a specialist radiologist in Australia with the relevant authority or ability to be registered with currency of practice and CPD participation.
  • Broad knowledge in all aspects of radiology for safe and independent consultant practice.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in Women's Imaging, including O&G competency, with dedicated fellowship training highly desirable.
