**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a Student Support Officer to enhance student wellbeing and learning outcomes in partnership with the school community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individual and targeted support to students enhancing their wellbeing.
  • Develop and implement whole of school initiatives that are evidence-based, promoting student success.
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies to create referral pathways for students and families.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • A strong understanding of and commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity.
  • A valid and current Working With Children Check (WWCC).

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team promoting a positive school culture.
