The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our large and supportive HR team. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing key HR processes and administration, including:

  • Managing personnel records accurately
  • Preparing essential HR documents in a timely manner
  • Coaching and advising managers on HR-related matters effectively
  • Handling stakeholder needs and expectations efficiently
  • Supporting performance management and disciplinary investigations

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a drive to take on further opportunities and challenges, and experience in HR or a similar field.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in a HR or equivalent position
  • Solid knowledge of statutory and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • High-level computer literacy
  • Proven ability to juggle various HR-related tasks efficiently
