The Role
We are seeking an experienced Theatre Director to lead our Drama team at Abbotsleigh School. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing the strategic direction of Learning and Teaching, leading and collaborating with teams, and inspiring young women through drama.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Influence the strategic direction of Learning and Teaching
- Lead and work collaboratively with teams
- Develop and implement curriculum programs in Stage 4-6 Drama and Stage 6 Drama
- Foster a productive and welcoming work environment
- Support staff professional development
Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- A proven track record of success in teaching and leadership roles
- Strong knowledge and competence in Stage 4-6 Drama and Stage 6 Drama
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and empower young women

- A estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000 based on experience
