The Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Insurance Consultant to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, helping to deliver exceptional service while also driving sales opportunities. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to assist with inquiries and provide product information.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts, process transactions, and provide follow-up support where required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to offer customers the best solutions.
