Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff by ensuring the restaurant is tidy, well-maintained, and free from hazards.

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards
  • Ensure all equipment is well-functioning and report any issues to management
  • Organize and clean the back area of the restaurant including the rubbish area and staff toilets
Requirements:

We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent organisational skills, can work autonomously, and has a high attention to detail.

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Highly organised, with the ability to meet strict timelines
  • Well-presented and friendly
  • Availability to work early mornings to prepare the restaurant for trade
  • Able to independently complete tasks including but not limited to mopping, scrubbing, climbing ladders, cleaning windows and toilets
  • Confident in engaging with customers, suppliers or contractors, including handling difficult situations with individuals
  • Capable of hearing and responding to various alerts and alarms
  • Resilient and adaptable, bouncing back from challenges with a positive mindset
