Job Title: Plant Operations Director

This is a key leadership role within our manufacturing site, responsible for overseeing the maintenance function and ensuring that plant and equipment are running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the maintenance team to achieve optimal results through effective planning and coordination.
  • Drive strategic maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.
  • Oversee the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), schedules, and asset management to ensure best practices in maintenance operations.
  • Manage contractor relationships and compliance with company standards.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) compliance across all maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Plant Operations Manager or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, with strong technical knowledge across plant and equipment maintenance.

Familiarity with CMMS systems, maintenance planning, and skilled leadership abilities are essential for this role.
