This exciting role seeks to ensure that gymnastics is a sport for everyone, regardless of age, ability or background.

Job Description:

Gymnastics for All - Events Pathways and Performance Officer (GfA EPPO) is an opportunity to join a creative community that celebrates movement as a universal language.

The role involves working with diverse programs such as KinderGym, FreeG, TeamGym, Fitter for Life, Performance Gymnastics and GymAbility, which cater to different needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inclusive gymnastics programs for diverse groups.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of event officers to deliver events and competitions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Sound understanding of work health and safety practices.
  • Current driver's license and Working with Children Clearance.
Desirable Criteria:

Prior experience in sports management, coaching or related fields would be highly regarded, as well as relevant qualifications and certifications.
