Rural banking specialists play a vital role in assisting farmers to secure finance to grow their businesses.

As an Agribusiness Relationship Assistant, you will be key to supporting the delivery of sales and revenue strategies. Your daily tasks will involve working closely with Relationship Managers to support customer administration, financial analysis, relationship building, enabling sales and services, and general administrative duties.

Combine your relationship-building skills with bespoke banking solutions for rural customers. Experience in agribusiness or a passion for the industry is highly valued.

Join a collaborative team with significant expertise and knowledge. This role involves working in Adelaide and visiting customers on their farms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of credit proposals and file administration
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and meet client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Draw on financial and agricultural knowledge to support Relationship Managers
  • Organise events that build profile and brand presence

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration/customer service
  • Demonstrated customer service capabilities
  • A positive team-oriented attitude and approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand stakeholders' and customers' needs
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and be highly organised
  • Competency across Microsoft Office suite
