We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Team Leader to join our Emergency Department team at Knox Private Hospital. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15 staff members and driving a positive and collaborative culture within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the ED administration team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of administrative services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
- Manage debt collection and account follow-up processes
- Work on a rotating roster to ensure 24/7 coverage of the ED department
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with experience in a private hospital environment
