Product Manager Role Summary

The Product Manager role is responsible for driving the execution of product strategy. This includes developing actionable product roadmaps and delivering features that meet evolving customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain agreed backlogs and product roadmaps ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
  • Identify and design innovative solutions for market testing including preparing business cases to secure investment.
  • Conduct detailed competitor and market analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Launch new features and enhancements to increase product usage drive customer satisfaction and support client growth and retention.
  • Prioritise cross-functional business and technology resources to meet delivery commitments and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a successful product leader with at least 5 years in product development teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Australian financial markets and relevant regulatory considerations.
  • Strong commercial acumen to make decisions impacting product revenue client retention and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks and ways of working.
