Job Overview

The successful candidate will spearhead a high-impact portfolio across Procurement Operations, Commercial Assurance, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense Management, and Extended Worker Time & Materials Lifecycle Management.

This role reports to the Executive General Manager, Procurement, Property & Supply, and is a key member of the PP&S leadership team shaping operational strategy and driving service excellence across end-to-end value streams and adjacent functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop service standards and KPIs aligned to strategic goals and consistently deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Promote a culture of inclusive leadership, personal growth, continuous improvement, and courageous collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • ID opportunities for process innovation, lead change with confidence, and ensure governance, risk management and business continuity in operational delivery.
About You
  • Strategic and compassionate leader with deep expertise in procurement and commercial operations.
  • Proven experience in business and financial operations, delivering cultural change, process efficiency, automation and commercial transformation in complex customer-centric environments.
  • Experience with shared services, operational delivery, governance, risk management and business continuity.
  • Qualifications in Finance, Business or Risk Management with strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
