Global Mobility Specialist Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services to support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
- Manage complex tax and regulatory matters for business travellers and remote workers, offering strategic insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
- Provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and equalization settlements, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.
- Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
- Strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
