We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee our procurement, inventory management, and supply chain functions across all sites and vessels. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Job Description

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing daily purchasing and procurement activities, maintaining optimal stock levels through effective inventory management, analysing inventory data to inform strategic decision-making, negotiating supplier agreements and pricing structures to secure the best value, and ensuring accurate reporting and budget adherence while maintaining stock integrity across the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management to effectively oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Strong financial skills for effective management of budgets, pricing, and supplier contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to leverage supplier agreements and maximise rebate structures.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities to monitor stock levels and inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in stock management systems, preferably Revel or similar, alongside excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
