Job Title: Leading Hand

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leading Hand to join our team in the role of PDI Mining. As a key team leader, you will oversee the assembly of Electric Drive Haul Trucks.

  • Lead a team of Fitters to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with supporting departments to achieve project goals

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the assembly process of Electric Drive Haul Trucks
  2. Supervise and mentor a team of Fitters
  3. Collaborate with other teams to achieve project objectives

Requirements:

  1. Australian recognised trade certificate (Electrical Fitter or Diesel Fitter)
  2. Extensive experience in the assembly of Electric Drive Haul Trucks
  3. Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  4. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  5. Understanding of quality and test procedures
  6. Current unrestricted QLD Drivers Licence (HR Licence preferred)
