We are looking for an experienced Recruiter in the Aged Care sector to build and manage relationships with facilities across Brisbane, develop new business opportunities, identify top talent, nurture client relationships, and shape innovative recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Aged Care facilities and clients.
  • Talent Acquisition: Headhunt, attract, and pool top talent for Aged Care positions.
  • Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and present candidates to clients.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and remain knowledgeable on the market.
