Financial System Protection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Enforcement Lawyer to contribute to our investigations of suspected misconduct, ensuring the financial system operates fairly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have legal qualifications, a current practicing certificate, and excellent analytical skills. You will be comfortable working with complex information, using evidence management software, and employing investigative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to preparing and conducting enforcement actions, including civil litigation, criminal prosecution, and administrative action.
- Prepare and compile briefs for criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings.
- Work as part of multi-disciplinary enforcement teams, engaging in investigation planning and strategy discussions.
- Project manage matters, provide investigative support, and employ various evidence gathering techniques.
- Legal qualifications and current practicing certificate.
- Analytical mind set, comfortable working with complex information.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for using legal skills to make a positive difference in the Australian financial system.
