Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our digital team.

The successful candidate will manage the development and execution of one or more products to solve business problems. This includes implementing one or more products on time and on budget, managing a team of primarily secondees/contractors, ensuring performance of the team, and fostering a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will be deeply curious, thriving in fast-paced environments, and passionate about learning about opportunities and new technologies that can improve our business and the way we work.

About You

The successful candidate will have a qualification or equivalent in Business, Management, Commerce, Technology, Engineering, or a related field. They will also have experience in digital product delivery, leading diverse teams, and complex stakeholder management. Additionally, they will have an understanding of Agile methodologies and project management expertise.

Benefits

This role provides guidance to the Domain Lead in conceptualising, planning, strategically prioritising and implementing product(s). Key accountabilities include:

  • Implementing one or more products or initiatives on time and on budget.
  • Managing a team of primarily secondees/contractors to develop and implement a solution and execute the business capability adoption.
  • Ensuring performance of the team, enabling high performance of team members to deliver project/s on schedule and budget.
  • Fostering a collaborative, supportive, and positive team environment, promoting trust, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Identifying, engaging and managing a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting presentations and facilitating workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience.
  • Ensuring that the solution is adopted by the business.
  • Enhancing user experience by improving usability, accessibility and desirability of a design solution (working with Experience and Business Adoption resources).
