Job Description

This role involves overseeing and coordinating redaction activities across multiple delivery units.

Familiarity with clinical trial and submission documents is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate operational aspects of transparency activities, including collecting and anonymizing content from identified sources.
  • Collaborate with anonymization providers and release anonymized content.
  • Track and publish data transparency deliverables using suitable systems and tools.
  • Apply relevant data transparency standards, requirements, processes, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable health agency regulations.
  • Provide document management services, including document indexing, archiving, and quality control in accordance with established standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in redacting and protecting personal information in the scientific field is required.
  • Clinical document specialist/scientific writing support experience would be beneficial.
  • 1-3 years of experience in clinical trial management, regulatory submissions, or publishing is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of clinical trial or submission document disclosure requirements.
  • Knowledge of electronic document management systems and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proficiency in disclosure-related Health Authority and industry regulations and guidelines.
