We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our Wollongong team, providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for delivering professional assistance and services with kindness, compassion, and understanding.

Salary: The hourly rate for this position is $26.64-$31.10, plus superannuation and penalty rates for nights and weekends, as well as NFP salary packaging, allowing you to pay up to $18,550 less tax per year.

Job Description:

A Day in the Life

You will be working closely with our clinical educators to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. Your passion for customer service and ability to empathise with others will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional assistance and services to all customers and the wider community
  • Working closely with clinical educators to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Maintaining accurate and efficient documentation using sound computer literacy skills
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships

Requirements:

The Perfect Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive customer service experience in a customer-facing role
  • Flexible availability for morning and evening shifts (06:30am-03:00pm and 03:00pm-10:30pm)
  • Sound computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentation
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Demonstrated strengths in planning, time management, flexibility, and technology use
