About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance System Analyst to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Financial Management Information System (FMIS). This role involves partnering with stakeholders across the business to solve complex problems, improve financial reporting, and ensure the system continues to meet both day-to-day needs and long-term strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage service requests for system development and report updates.
  • Assist with designing, testing, and implementing system changes and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to FMIS users.
  • Validate, reconcile, and analyze data to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Contribute to project planning and implementation within the finance division.
  • Monitor database security and data governance for regulatory compliance.
  • Create and maintain system documentation (process flows, user guides, configuration records).
  • Deliver training and support for financial system users.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with integrated financial systems in large, complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, extraction, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
  • A curious mindset and the ability to generate practical, innovative solutions.
