Senior Product Manager - Scale Up

A well-established SaaS scale-up is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their product leadership team as they undergo a full replatforming of their core product.

This is a Sydney-based role with a minimum of 3 days in the office, offering flexibility as required. The company has teams in Australia, the UK, and India.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the product end-to-end, heavily involved in all parts of the project, and coordinating resources while executing tasks. You will work closely with the current Head of Product and have a strong likelihood of growing into a Head of Product role in the future.

The ideal candidate will have experience running similar projects in a SaaS business, successfully replatforming a product from a legacy environment to a modern cloud/microservice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate requirements into technical specs and create detailed stories
  • Responsible for the end-to-end stability and performance of the product
  • Maintaining a prioritized backlog
  • Working with onshore/offshore engineers on delivery
  • Working with onshore/offshore QA to facilitate testing
  • Ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with tech teams
  • Manage and call out tech risks
  • Drive process, system, and product improvement
