Role Overview

As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of planning systems and processes to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate data records in logistics systems for informed decision-making.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by resolving issues and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including NHVR, customs, and biosecurity protocols.
  • Support purchasing and planning tasks to align with business objectives.
  • Monitor service levels and provide timely updates to meet reporting requirements.
Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in logistics, supply chain management, or port operations.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations including NHVR, customs, and biosecurity laws.
  • Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) or similar freight management tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
  • Flexibility to work at short notice, including irregular hours and weekends when required.
