Short Breaks Sales Consultant Role

This is a key member sales position in our Short Breaks and Day Tours team.

  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking a talented individual to join our Short Breaks and Day Tours team as a Reservations Agent.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively sell and upsell bookings for AAT Kings' Short Breaks and Day Tours;
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers;
  • Maintain service standards to meet targets;
  • Participate in ongoing training as required;
  • Stay up-to-date with accurate product and policy knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing work demands;
  • Dedication and commitment to the team;
  • A desire to work in travel or relevant industry experience;
  • Ability to contribute to process improvements through feedback and action;
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems;
  • Ability to work a rotating roster.
