Grounds Maintenance Professional

The position of Grounds Maintenance Professional involves performing a variety of tasks related to turf management and mowing.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the quality of sports fields through regular mowing, turf improvement works, and machinery maintenance.
  • Ensuring that all work is accurately recorded and monitored for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identifying and resolving day-to-day work problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and customer service skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in grounds maintenance operations, particularly in mowing and park maintenance.
  • Able to obtain Cert 3 Sports Turf Management (desirable).
  • Hold a valid Victorian Driver's Licence (MR desirable).
  • First Aid certified.
  • Police check and Working With Children Card required.
