Job Title: Senior Team Leader
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of employment consultants, empowering them to drive exceptional outcomes for job seekers in the Workforce Australia program.
About the Role:
- Empower and motivate your team to achieve exceptional service delivery and performance outcomes.
- Develop and implement diverse performance strategies to support your team in meeting business objectives.
- Promote APM's services and advocate for our participants with local employers.
- Support your team in marketing our participants to local employers.
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
