Customer Relationship Specialist Job Description

The Customer Relationship Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service. This involves identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs.

This includes providing relevant financial products and services, as well as facilitating referrals to specialist teams where required.

  • Excellent customer service experience, preferably in banking; exposure to consumer lending is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop strong customer relationships through regular contact and proactive lead management.
  • To identify referral opportunities and execute customer loan maintenance needs.
  • To work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve these objectives.
Requirements:
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships and create positive customer experiences.
  • Strong team player who contributes to a collaborative environment and goes above and beyond for customers and colleagues.
  • Personalized approach to interactions with a can-do attitude; ability to learn and use multiple technical financial systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
