Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team at Lake Joondalup. As a Registered Nurse with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Current Police Clearance
  • Experience in aged care (desirable)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights
  • Ability to lead a team
